(For with the heart a person believes and is so justified, and with the mouth he confesses and confirms his salvation) Rom 10:10 (Amp)
As it is indicated in the Holy written Word, faith in and of itself renders confidence. But not just an ordinary level of I think, or I believe I can, but a level of confidence that is refined and feigned to withstand any temptation or trial that may come your way.
Moreover, there is no reason that any true believer or disciple of Christ should ever become so complacent in life that he/she thinks that he/she will not be tested or nothing unfortunate, awful, and/or unforeseen will happen. Because guess what, at some point in time in life it will happen! I have had so many unprepared experiences in my life, that I reached the conclusion as somewhat of a seasoned believer, that my whole premonition must be to remain close to God and trust Him at His word. Through this developed level of God imputed faith, it will help spawn both expectation (waiting for manifestation or disclosure) and hope (God’s promise revealed futuristically; part-by-part).
Le’on Dufour explained that hope is confidence in God, in His faithfulness, and faith in His promises which guarantees the reality of the future. Therefore, this permits one at least to guess at its wonders of what is to come... So, I deduce from his explanation that my devoted faith must be coupled with an inseparable component of hope which gives me a title deed, that my convictions and corresponding actions will render me a 100-fold harvest, if I don’t quit!
So, my prayer for all readers of this note is that the Lord of All bless each and every one that dares to believe and is therefore justified in righteousness. And to those that speak life-filled words may you be planted in a supernatural posture and may you receive everlasting salvation in Christ Jesus, Amen.
