- Be mindful of what you focus on and do not allow automatic negative thoughts to consume your thought process.
- Protect your head from falls and injuries.
- Maintain a healthy brain diet (low-protein, fiber, nuts, and omega-3s)
- Practice various healthy breathing exercises to help keep the brain properly oxygenated.
- Stimulate your brain waves continuously by researching and learning new ideas.
- Attempt to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep nightly.
- Maintain healthy physical exercises like bike riding, fast walking, and light jogging.
- Develop and maintain resiliency – to include stamina, strength, and endurance.
